Terms & Conditions – Natural Sales Voice

By purchasing the Natural Sales Voice Programme, you are agreeing to the following:


1. The Service

Natural Sales Voice is a 6-month group coaching and training programme designed to support

business owners in developing a clearer, more natural and more consistent approach to sales.

The programme includes live online sessions, training, discussion, reflection, practical implementation support,

and access to relevant materials and recordings where applicable.

Session structure, pacing, and areas of focus may evolve in response to the needs of the group.


2. Payment

The investment for the Natural Sales Voice Programme is:

£1,200 including VAT paid in full, or

4 monthly payments of £300 including VAT

An upgraded private support option is also available at:

£2,200 including VAT paid in full, or

4 monthly payments of £550 including VAT

Where a payment plan is selected, this is offered solely as a way to spread the cost of the full programme fee.

It does not constitute a monthly membership or rolling subscription.

By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full programme investment and

remain responsible for all scheduled payments, regardless of attendance, participation, withdrawal, or completion.

In the event of missed payments

Access to the programme and associated materials may be suspended or withdrawn.

Outstanding balances will still be pursued.

Your place will be reserved once payment has been received. In the unlikely event that the programme does not proceed as planned,

you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative service.


3. Scheduling & Access

Programme session dates will be communicated in advance where possible.

It is your responsibility to attend live sessions or access recordings where provided.

Recordings are supplied for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

As this is a live group programme, group sessions would not normally be rescheduled.

Should I need to re-schedule a session, I will give as much notice as humanly possible.

Where you have bonus 1:1 sessions or private support calls:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for online session rescheduling.

Note: private support calls are designed to be taken each month, and cannot be scheduled beyond the end of the programme.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.


5. Programme Changes

Heart to Heart Sales reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or amend the programme where necessary,

including in circumstances of low enrolment or unforeseen events.

Where the programme cannot proceed, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative option.


6. Refunds

Due to the digital, live, and time-intensive nature of this programme, all payments are non-refundable.

If, after joining, it becomes clear that the programme is not the right fit, we will discuss appropriate

next steps together where reasonably possible.


7. Results Disclaimer

Natural Sales Voice is designed to provide guidance, structure, support, frameworks, and practical implementation assistance.

However, business results vary significantly depending on many factors, including individual effort,

experience, consistency, market conditions, and implementation.

No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes, sales results, income, client numbers, or financial performance.


8. Communication & Boundaries

Support is provided within the agreed programme structure.

Any additional support outside of scheduled sessions, including extensive review work,

consultancy, or additional coaching, may be offered separately at additional cost.

WhatsApp support is included, reasonable response boundaries and availability apply.


9. Confidentiality and Group Participation

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other members within the programme.

Please do not share personal, business, or commercially sensitive information discussed

by other participants outside of the programme environment.


10. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, frameworks, training content, worksheets, models, and recordings remain

the intellectual property of Becky Colwell / Heart to Heart Sales / SME Growth Ltd unless otherwise stated.

These materials are provided for personal business use only and may not be copied, reproduced, taught,

shared, or resold without written permission.


11. Agreement

By purchasing the Natural Sales Voice Programme, you confirm that you understand the nature of the

programme and are committed to engaging with the process in a professional and respectful manner.
