Terms & Conditions – Yes Please with Ease

By purchasing Yes Please with Ease, you are agreeing to the following:

1. The Service

Yes Please with Ease is a 4-week, bespoke 1:1 support container.

Sessions and structure will be shaped around your needs and may include a mix of in-person and/or online sessions.

2. Payment

The full investment of £1,500 is payable upfront at the time of booking.

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Scheduling

Sessions will be arranged directly following purchase.

It is your responsibility to book and attend sessions within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an online session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

Missed online sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

If you need to reschedule an in person session, at least 72 hours’ notice is required. (I will always try to book flexible accommodation)

Missed in person sessions or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

5. Refunds

Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of this work, payments are non-refundable.

If, after purchase, it becomes clear that this is not the right fit, we will discuss appropriate next steps together.

6. Results Disclaimer

This service is designed to provide guidance, structure, and support.

However, results will vary depending on individual circumstances, effort, and implementation.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

7. Communication

Support is provided within the agreed sessions. Additional support outside of this may be discussed separately.

8. Agreement

By purchasing this service, you confirm that you understand the nature of the work and are committed to engaging with the process.
