Where do VIP Days take place?

VIP Days are typically held near Bridport or Lyme Regis, West Dorset.

We normally work from a comfortable and tucked away spot in a local hotel or public house. I can often accommodate specific requests.

Alternative arrangements (such as attending your work place) are possible, and can be discussed during our initial conversation.

I occasionally offer spots at Wokefield House, near Reading - these are normally on specific dates.

Will we solve everything in one day?

No, and I wouldn't want to pretend otherwise!

We'll focus on identifying and addressing your most pressing concern or the issue that's having the biggest impact on your business right now.

Often, fixing the right thing creates immediate momentum across many areas.

This isn't about fixing everything, it's about focusing on what matters most.

How long is a VIP Day

We normally meet at 10am and finish for 4pm, with a break for lunch. I can often flex timings, depending on venue.

Can I bring a team member along?

Yes, absolutely, just let me know if that's likely when we schedule our time.

Is there a payment plan?

We can discuss payment options during our initial conversation, should you need alternative arrangements.
